1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities, and 55bnw shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

2.4 Single Account Limitation

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 55bnw. The creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all such accounts, void any bets or winnings, and withhold any funds deposited or won through such accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

55bnw supports various deposit methods designed for the convenience of Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, QR Ph, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of third-party payment processors.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are established by 55bnw and may vary based on the payment method used, your account status, and your transaction history. 3.4 Fees and Charges

55bnw does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals made through our supported payment methods. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible. You are advised to review the fee structure of your chosen payment method before initiating any transaction.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on the 55bnw Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once accepted by our system. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details, including stake amounts, selections, and odds, are correct before confirming any wager. In the event of an obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, wrong event listings, or technical malfunctions, 55bnw reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake amounts.

4.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on the Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules, payout structures, and betting options of any game before playing. All games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes in compliance with PAGCOR standards.

4.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing each sport, bet type, and market. These rules address settlement procedures, dead heat rules, postponed or abandoned events, and other contingencies. If no official result can be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

4.4 Responsible Betting Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours. Limit decreases take effect immediately. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Such behavior includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other players, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that violates the spirit of fair play. We may void bets, cancel bonuses, and confiscate winnings obtained through abusive practices.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: (a) creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account; (b) using the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes; (c) employing bots, automated systems, or any software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes; (d) colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping; (e) exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform; (f) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or restricted areas of the Platform; (g) using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location in violation of our geographic restrictions; (h) engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities; or (i) violating any applicable laws or regulations.

6.2 Account Suspension and Termination

55bnw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other users. Upon termination, you will forfeit any bonuses, pending bets, and winnings derived from prohibited activities. However, legitimate balances resulting from compliant play will be returned to you following verification procedures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the 55bnw Platform are the exclusive property of 55bnw or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranty

The 55bnw Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 55bnw, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55bnw regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 55bnw may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without restriction or prior notice to you.
